BSLT is a day-long leadership training program designed to equip students with practical, hands-on skills to enhance their leadership effectiveness. Key components of the training include, but are not limited to, the following: Leadership Styles, Intersectionality, Conflict Resolution, Wellness, Cross-Campus Community Building, Advocacy and Activism Strategies, and more!
